Overview
This is a part-time position. Friday, Saturday & Sunday 5 : 30am - 12noon We are looking for a M CLUB Lounge Attendant with a fun, vibrant, outgoing personality to engage our guests and provide excellent customer service while they are visiting our M CLUB.
The ideal candidate has a passion for providing excellent service and can extend Marriott Service Standards to each and every one of our guests to ensure they feel at home while they are here.
The M CLUB Lounge Attendant will serve food and beverage to guests, engage them in conversation, and make sure that every detail of their visit to the club lounge is perfect from the time they walk in until the moment they leave.
The ideal candidate will have : Have experience in a Customer Service and / or facilities attendant role. Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Monitor M CLUB for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests. Complete opening and closing duties. Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
Stock ice, glassware, and supplies. Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
Requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required. Document pertinent information in department logbook.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Qualifications Additional Responsibities : Requires at least 1 year of closely related work experiencing, including experience servicing customers in a M CLUB or CONCIERGE lounge or closely related food and beverage establishment Requires ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in interactions with premium clientele Requires ability to maintain a presentable and polished appearance in keeping with service standards for premium clientele Requires ability to work long hours, while standing.
Possess strong sanitation habits.
