Our client, a nationwide leader in plastics manufacturing, has an immediate need for an experienced Setup Technician / Machinist, to join their winning team in Mansfield.
Our candidate of choice will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and ensuring the proper operation of the Kiefel KMD-90 machine to meet production requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Install and Un-install molds and tools according to the job order.Adjust Stations according with the job (Forming, Punching and Stacking Station)Ensure the material placed matches the job specifications.
Correctly load material rolls onto the machine.Clean key areas of the machine and check components.Follow all safety rules and keep the work area organized.
KEY REQUIREMENTS : Previous experience with thermoforming machines. (If is Possible)Basic knowledge of mechanics.Ability to read job orders.
