Role & Responsibilities

  • Support MB2's homebase hiring needs by working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract the best candidates
  • Track and manage jobs and candidates in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Review submitted resumes and source passive candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Negotiate job offers with candidates and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Actively build a bench of talent compatible with the company culture for future hiring needs
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition events and conferences as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience is required
  • Corporate recruiting experience is preferred
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Results-driven personality with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload
  • Polished and professional presentation and communication style
  • Must be local to DFW as the role will require in-office presence with the option for some remote work
