Samirian Chemicals has an immediate opportunity for a chemical sales representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and developing Samirian Chemical’s business in specialized markets, including Water Treatment (Including oilfield and municipal), Mining (including gold and rare earth), Food / pharmaceuticals, and Industrial Chemicals.
The successful candidate will have experience in one or more of these markets.
Responsibilities
- The selected candidates will play a crucial role in sourcing potential clients and driving the company’s expansion
- Identify and approach potential clients per the industry focus
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies
Qualifications
- Experience in sales roles related to chemical products and materials, specifically with connections to specialized markets, including Water Treatment (Including oilfield and municipal), Mining (including gold and rare earth), Food / pharmaceuticals, and Industrial Chemicals is a plus.
- Be open to spotting and pursuing new business prospects
- Showcase proactive problem-solving abilities and the capability to make decisions that enhance client relationships and boost sales results
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, while spearheading client interactions and negotiations
- Display a strong sense of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset aimed at surpassing sales objectives
