Sr Business Analyst

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on BIA, BCP, and Quantitative Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools and software (, Excel, R, Python, SQL, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or related certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive Business Impact Analysis to identify critical business processes, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of disruptions and prioritize recovery strategies, collaborate with stakeholders to update, and refine the continuity process based on changes in business operations, risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain BIA documentation and reports to support business continuity planning.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective BCP strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure resilience and rapid recovery from disruptions.
• Coordinate and facilitate BCP exercises, simulations, and tests to validate the effectiveness of the continuity strategies.
• Utilize advanced quantitative methods and tools to analyze business data, trends, and performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize business processes.
• Develop and maintain quantitative models, forecasts, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align BIA, BCP, and quantitative analysis initiatives with organizational goals.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in BIA, BCP, and quantitative analysis methodologies.
