Inside Sales Support - (Not a sales position)
Sarasota, FL - (Applicants within a reasonable commute to Sarasota, FL area preferred)
Currently seeking individuals with construction experience in sales support, estimating and quoting. This is a permanent, full-time position, hours are Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am to 4pm.

For over 40 years, our client is one of the premier distributors and full-service contractors of impact windows and doors in Florida.
The Inside Sales Support position provides multitasking process and procedure services and sales support to the outside sales team.
Processing requests for quotes and estimating of impact windows and doors via manufacturers software. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, have exceptional phone and follow-up skills, attention to detail and process and procedure driven.
Should demonstrates leadership and problem resolution skills. Previous sales support, order processing and knowledge of CRM preferred.
To qualify you must have the following :
- High School Diploma or GED or relative work experience.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
- Previous sales support, order processing and customer service experience.
- Must have construction industry estimating and quoting experience.
- Must have construction industry background impact windows and doors a PLUS.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Proficient with software programs such as Outlook, Excel, WORD and various web-based platforms.
- Experienced with CRM knowledge of Surefire a PLUS
- Be professional and well spoken.
