The Kelly® Professional & Industrial team is looking for Warehouse Workers to join a growing client in Georgetown, TX !

1st shift

$15 an hour

Plenty of room for growth with client!

Position Summary :

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by pulling orders, maintaining inventory levels, and upkeeping the cleanliness of the warehouse area.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct monthly inventory counts and assist in analyzing inventory discrepancies.
• Accurately maintain pick records and immediately report any discrepancies.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including minor repair work and housekeeping responsibilities.
• Review daily shipment schedules and coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet customer delivery requirements.

Alert team members to special loading or delivery requirements.

• Lead start-of-shift safety meetings to address recent injuries, discuss safety trends, and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure customer specifications are met by checking specification sheets and overseeing the initial shipments to new customers, including accompanying the driver on the first delivery.
• Monitor daily inventory of finished goods to minimize handling damage and meet delivery schedules.
• Lead team members in conducting daily safety checks of equipment, including forklifts, tractor-trailer restraining systems, and maintenance needs.
