Compensation :
$20 per hour to start
Responsibilities :
- The responsibilities of the service advisor include :
- Taking incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, greeting customers
- Answering emails and leads from our website
- Correctly and clearly translating customer requests and needs on the repair order
- Advise and sell all recommended repairs and upgrades to customers
- Estimating the cost and time required for the service and upgrades
- Review all work performed with customer and ensure all paperwork is complete & accurate
- Receive and handle customer complaints in a quick and friendly manner to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
- Preferred experience with Tekmetric RO software but not required
Qualifications :
- Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology
- Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory
- Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
