Shook & Stone Injury Lawyers is a full-service injury and disability law firm seeking an attorney to join our expanding team in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The right candidate is an individual focused on a client-first practice who is passionate and open to expanding their legal skills.
Responsibilities :
- Handle a caseload of workers compensation cases from inception to resolution.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Assist with trial preparation and strategy.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- 2+ years of Workers Compensation Law experience
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
