New Business is a strategic growth driver for our organisation and continues to form a fundamental pillar in our 5-year growth plan.
This role is the new business lead for US based domestic clients (business scale circa $1bn+) : strategy, prospecting, RFI / RFP's, presentations, meetings and deal close, with particular focus on the West Coast, an area that we know has huge potential.
We are looking for someone excited at the idea of owning the end-to-end process, of finding creative ways to prospect, utilising our digital channels and tools, as well as getting out to the right physical events, trade shows, networking meetings, business forums and ultimately broadening both our converted clients as well as prospective pipeline.
Where this translates to full RFI / RFP process, this role will take the lead.
You must be commercially motivated, passionate about driving the new business growth of the organisation, thrive on delivering commercial results and be experienced in the end-to-end new business process in a B2B environment.
An open-ness and appetite to learn the many facets of our organisation is a must.
Responsibilities include :
- Delivering incremental revenue to Brand Addition USA : creating the strategy & approach for prospect through to conversion of US based new business clients and leading every step of the journey from prospecting to close.
- Utilising our digital platforms and tools (supported by the central team) to support your prospecting, relationship maintenance & conversion approach.
- End to end management of RFI's / RFP's / new business process as appropriate.
- Personalising / tailoring decks and digital tools & content to support client outreach and conversion.
- Maintaining the US prospective pipeline, building relationships and ensuring Brand Addition is their first port of call.
Hybrid Role - the employee is required to be in the office at least 2 days a week and requires travel to meet with new / prospective clients.
Must have :
- Experience, passion and proven track record in new business generation for mid-size to large organizations circa 5 years.
- Experience in new business prospecting, networking and relationship building.
- A proven track record in commercial revenue delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and organisational skills.
- Comfort, experience and passion for presenting and representing brand addition to an external audience.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage several workstreams in unison.
- A commercial mind, comfortable with calculating calculate financial information such as margins, discounts, etc. to ensure profitable sales results.
- A resilience from setbacks, ability to self-motivate, manage own time, work under pressure, and a 'can do' attitude.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.

- An open-ness to try new technological / digital approaches and an attitude of 'test, learn, iterate'.
- Knowledge of ZoomInfo, Hubspot & LinkedIn prospecting preferred but not essential. Similarly, knowledge of the promotional merchandise industry is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
