An exciting position with an innovative biopharma based in San Carlos, California. This company is focused within the oncology and cell therapy space.
Job Description :
This role is hybrid 2 X per week in San Carols, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple phases of clinical operations in oncology and will be excited about the opportunity to make a huge impact.
Responsibilities :
- Leading all strategic planning and activities in Clinical Operations
- Building out the Clinical Operations group
- Ensuring that the clinical stage programs are on track to reach objectives and milestones while delivering within timelines, budgets & quality standards
- Developing, maintaining, and reporting on program budgets in support of the company’s financial goals
Skills :
- BS / MS degree in a scientific field
- 10+ years of experience managing clinical trials / operations
- Strong experience in Clinical Operations leadership
- Experience in oncology required
