Position Summary :
The General Contractor Supervisor will support the Building Improvement Department and Team through the following :
- Evaluating projects, building quotes, and presenting them to the client.
- Training and supporting the Building Improvement Team as needed.
- Recommending any additional upgrades that might benefit the client.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Build the client’s value perception of Heart
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Complete all required paperwork
- Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
- Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.
