What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll concentrate on consultative IT sales focused on providing customer driven outcomes.
  • You’ll oversee sales and professional service solutions tailored to our core capabilities within large, complex Federal Civilian accounts : Department of Treasury, Department of Education, FDIC, and SEC with a primary focus on Workforce Experience, IT Modernization, Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to expand account territory.
  • Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and possess an excellent knowledge of their customers’ missions.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to drive product and professional services business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and OEM counterparts, leveraging these relationships within either Department of Treasury, Department of Education, FDIC, and SEC customers for success.
  • Drive mission success and growth by fostering strategic relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Leverage business and community relationships to increase business revenue through information technology solutions sales.

YOUR VALUE PROP FOR OUR TEAM

  • Excellent and proven track record in understanding customer needs within either Department of Treasury, Department of Education, FDIC, and SEC, operating with meticulous attention to detail, urgency, and a passion for driving transformational business outcomes.
  • Vital experience in Department of Treasury, Department of Education, FDIC, and SEC accounts, with 8-10 years of experience selling technology solutions aligned with Iron Bow’s core capabilities : Workforce Experience, IT Modernization, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation.
  • An out-of-the-box thinker, who enjoys problem solving and has a consultative approach to driving cutting-edge technologies.
  • Masterful at prioritizing tasks to consistently deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embracing challenges as opportunities for rapid learning and growth.

Travel Requirements

This position prefers candidates based in the National Capital Region and requires 30% travel.
