A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their growing team in women's healthcare.
Key Responsibilities : Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesEnsure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and feedbackCollaborate with the Clinical Recruiter to understand hiring needs and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidatesQualifications : 2 or more years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume clinical recruitment, ideally in a start-up environmentFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS);
Greenhouse experience is a bonusProven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong teamwork and collaborative skillsPassion for women's health and commitment to improving healthcare experiences
