Manufacturing Support Technician, Vaccines

Details :

• Position : Full-time, Direct Hire
• Pay : $19 / hour to start, with opportunities for career growth
• Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Paid Time Off
• Schedule : Multiple schedules available, schedule includes weekend work
• Shifts : 4 days, 10-hour shifts
• Hours options : 9AM-7 : 30 PM, 7 : 00AM-5 : 30PM, 6AM-4 : 30PM

Responsibilities :

• Follow manufacturing processes and regulatory guidelines (USDA, OSHA).
• Manage inventory, ensuring FIFO and proper disposal of expired items.
• Ensure QA release of incoming raw materials.
• Order materials, perform cycle counts, and manage stocks.
• Thaw frozen materials, prepare labels, and maintain production records.
• Monitor temperatures in storage areas and document findings.
• Conduct visual inspections of final products and maintain cleanliness in work areas.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED are required.
• Preferred : Experience in lab or manufacturing settings.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, and handle physical demands (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, varied temperatures).
