The Raytheon Industry 4.0 IIoT & Digital Factory team is seeking an experienced Industry 4.0 Project Manager. This position will be responsible for leading the critical planning and execution of existing and new / upcoming IIoT & Digital Factory projects as a Project Manager in a growing strategic organization in addition to supporting strategic business planning, and corporate initiatives.
This role works across functions and levels in the business supporting a complex network of existing and developing digital and cyber-physical factory automation systems, creating Industry 4.
0 within Raytheon. The candidate will work in a highly collaborative, diverse, geographically distributed team, and will be working in an Agile management framework.
What You Will Do
- Planning, execution, and delivery of Industry 4.0 projects, on budget and schedule, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver tangible business benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business requirements and priorities.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources to ensure successful project execution within established constraints.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget and schedule.
- Proactively identify and manage changes in scope
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Expected to Travel 15% of the time.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Industry 4.0, and incorporate relevant insights into project planning and execution.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
- 8+ years relevant professional experience , with at least 4 years of team leadership experience (Team Lead / REA, IPTL, PM, or functional management).
- Experience successfully managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.
S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Raytheon Project Management level 6 certification and / or PMP certification
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, scheduling, manage budgets following earned value techniques, manage risks and opportunities and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and concepts, including IoT, AI, machine learning, robotics, and data analytics.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses
- Demonstrated experience with earned value management
- Demonstrated ability to develop risk mitigation plans to prevent overruns to budget and schedule
- Demonstrated ability to develop opportunity capture plans to produce budget and schedule savings
- Understanding of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and ISA (International Society of Automation) 95 architectures.
- Demonstrated technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software, firmware, and electronics development
- Continuous improvement mindset
- First-hand experience driving Change Management projects and track record of being able to deliver results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
