This role is critical in ensuring our leaders can operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for customer meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Liaise between executives and internal / external stakeholders
- Organize team workshops and executive meetings
- Assist in strategic sales planning and project management tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree preferred
