Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®.
It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
The Food Safety & Quality Manager is responsible for managing our food safety & quality systems through daily internal audits and reporting.
The Food Safety & Quality Manager is responsible for resolving any issues found during audits, training & coaching team members to the proper standard, and partnering with our health department to ensure we are following the highest standards possible.
Skills required : able to work on feet for 4+ hours at a time, able to lift heavy objects of up to 35+ pounds, detail-oriented, coaching & training.
ServSafe certificate is required (class may be provided in some situations.)
