Janitorial Duties :
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.....
- Gather and empty trash in offices, restrooms, warehouse, dock area, parking lots and transfer to external trash receptacles.
- Keep the restroom in tip-top shape by providing attentive service, ensuring cleanliness, and promptly restocking supplies .
- Wipe all door handles including lobby, upstairs entry, doors to and from warehouse
- Maintain cleaning supplies and submit orders to Supervisor
- Clean interior / exterior windows
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintenance Duties :
- Replace light bulbs.
- Restock supply room.
- Light painting in needed areas.
- Mow grass in designated areas
- Spray herbicides on parking lot and around building as needed.
- Other duties as requested........
Benefits :
