The role will report to the FP&A Lead - North America and will support in the performance management, planning and strategy development for North America.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Assist in the preparation of premium and expense forecasts at regular intervals

Gather and maintain data at the plan class level

Provide meaningful analysis of the monthly and quarterly production data and produce reports to support the business leaders in the understanding and development of the plan

Enhance management reporting capabilities for the divisions through process automation

Provide strategic forward looking financial information

Ensure the divisions are properly supported by the Finance organization

Perform various analysis expense analysis, including commissions and headcount

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a financial analysis, financial reporting, or similar role

P&C insurance knowledge preferred but not required

Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships

Proficient with MS Office products including developing presentations and reports for management

Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify, explore and push creative idea

Experience of reporting and finance systems such as Anaplan and Power BI

Solution and delivery oriented, with a flexible outlook

Good team player with the ability to contribute to the development of AXIS

For this position, we expect to offer a base salary in the range of USD 75,000 - 100,000. The specific salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors, including the experience of the successful candidate and their work location.
