I am working with my client to find a superior Sales Manager for their North California and Nevada (ex Vegas) Territory
If you have passion and can generate revenue growth by executing sales methods and strategies, promoting products, identifying client needs within the ever developing world of medical devices and laser.
Responsibilities :
- Exceed sales quotas to drive sales growth
- Generate leads through cold calling and in-person visits
- Assist with customer questions about product features, pricing and services
- Attend conventions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead, overcoming customer objections, and close deals
- Perform product demos and cross-sell products
- Collaborate with other sales reps to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key medical professionals
- Mentor and support Territory Sales Managers
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2 years of sales experience preferably within Medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices or laser sales or similar
- B2B Hunter not afraid of high volume cold calls and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and technical abilities
