- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Call, Weekend call
- Must have valid WI license or be IMLC eligible
- 17 - 20 patients per day in clinic, 6 surgeries per day
- General ENT to include adult and basic pediatrics like tubes, tonsils and adenoids with head & neck
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
