Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for a Solar Project Manager is in Toledo, OH - Traveling Required.
Solar Project Manager - Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Solar Project Manager (Traveling) is between $120,000 and $150,000.

Solar Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage company projects on time and within budget while abiding by all health, safety, quality, and legal requirements
- Design and permitting coordination.
- General operations oversight of large solar construction projects.
- Assign and direct a team of engineers, technicians, contractors and specialists to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Provide progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required
- Scope adherence, buyout, project management and close out.
- Identification of risks, communication with stakeholders, inspection oversight, QA / QC.
- This position will require travel a couple of weeks at a time. Project durations approx. 6 months.
Solar Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong employment stability
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
