Responsibilities :

Plan Development : Collaborate closely with individuals to design personalized career plans aimed at achieving sustained employment, increased wages, benefits, promotions, and overall career satisfaction.
Networking and Collaboration : Engage with individuals and their existing networks to explore creative methods and connections conducive to securing employment within their desired career path.
Resource Identification : Establish and expand a network of connections and resources that can offer assistance, support, and leads to facilitate employment within chosen career paths.
Plan Implementation : Develop comprehensive written plans to guide individuals in negotiating and meeting their career needs, providing ongoing support throughout the process.

Requirements :
Minimum 20 years of age
Complete State / Federal Criminal Background checks, Child Abuse Registry Information (CARI) checks, and Central Registry checks
Must be a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Professional Vocational Evaluator (PVE), Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) or Employment Specialist
