Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, and businesses to understand their financial goals and create customized plans.
- Offer comprehensive financial planning services, including retirement, investment, estate planning, risk management, and insurance.
- Analyze clients' financial situations to develop tailored strategies and recommendations.
- Continuously update plans based on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Actively seek new clients through networking and referrals.
- Adhere to ethical standards and industry regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices through New York Life’s educational resources.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales goals
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant two-year college program preferred but not required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
