Randall-Reilly is seeking a Marketing Associate based in our Franklin, TN office to help us expand and deepen our influence in the B2B communities we serve.
You will join a growing department and contribute to a best-in-class marketing team. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for or assists on :
- Sales collateral development and management
- Production of creative briefs to communicate the purpose, target audience, CTA's, and creative elements of digital, print and direct mail campaigns
- Measurement and optimization of digital performance metrics for lead generation, brand awareness or other campaign objectives
- Managing paid marketing campaigns
- Tracking monthly qualified leads and other key metrics
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow and improve processes for creation, promotion and measurement of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Assist with campaign briefs to clarify strategic goals, objectives, tactics and timing for all stakeholders
- QA and test campaigns to ensure expected performance and proper tracking
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement with Randall-Reilly offerings
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Randall Reilly's data products
- Track results and provide data interpretation using a variety of digital analytics tools
- Monitor campaign performance including time on page, view-through rates, email open and click-thru rates
- Work collaboratively with other divisions throughout organization to achieve results
CREATIVE
- Write and / or edit copy for promotions related to Randall-Reilly digital and print products, designed to acquire new subscribers, retain engagement of existing users and nurture top-of-funnel leads for our data products
- Develop workflows diagrams and wireframes that illustrate intended campaign experiences
- Partner with UX / UI designers to distill desired vision for campaign experience
- Conceptualize visuals for emails, landing pages and social promotions when no design resources are available
- Writing, editing and publishing SEO content pieces
- Relentlessly test variants and new ideas to optimize digital tactics against goals
TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Demonstrated ability to analyze statistical information and develop strategies and programs to ensure consumer growth and engagement
- Highly creative and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven discussions to achieve cross-functional consensus
- Previous positive results leveraging A / B and multi-variate testing
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous positive results in marketing automation platforms
SOFTWARE & CODING LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Google Analytics
- Wireframing & Diagramming software (Ex : Lucid Charts, Balsamiq, Visio)
- Basic HTML
- Adwords / Google Ads
- WordPress
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Google Datastudio / Looker Studio experience a plus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree required (English, marketing, communications, public relations, or technology-related major a plus)
- 2-5 years of marketing and project management experience in an agency or internal marketing group

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws.
The base salary generally ranges between $58,000 / year - $62,000 / year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
