WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As our Office Manager, you will be the driving force behind our office's efficiency. Handling customer inquiries, managing financial records with QuickBooks, coordinating technician schedules, processing bank transactions, and ensuring all paperwork is in order - you'll be the linchpin in our operations.

Your exceptional multitasking skills and customer service prowess will be the key to our continued success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with people in any trade industry
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficiency using a computer with great typing skills
  • Strong customer service skills
