THE ROLE : TMEGS Practice Leader
The TMEGS Practice Leader will play a critical role in driving the growth and adoption of our digital solutions leveraging AWS within the TMEGS sectors.
This leader will be responsible for managing a team of - professionals and will focus on developing and executing strategies to sell our innovative solutions to telecommunications companies, media organizations, entertainment businesses, and gambling enterprises.
Travel Requirements : In this role you will be expected to travel up to % throughout the United States.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of - professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Sales and Business Development :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of Presidio’s digital solutions within the TMEGS sectors.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders in telecommunications, media, entertainment, and gambling organizations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, AWS, and other strategic partners to drive joint initiatives and business growth.
Solution Development and Innovation :
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and development, to ensure our solutions meet market needs and client expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Engagement and Evangelism :
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to clients, providing expert guidance on leveraging AWS for TMEGS solutions.
- Represent Presidio at industry events, conferences, and webinars, promoting our solutions and thought leadership.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
Required Skills :
- Proven track record of driving sales and business growth in the TMEGS sectors.
- Experience working with AWS and understanding of cloud-based solutions for TMEGS industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Additional Desired Skills :
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of years of experience in the TMEGS digital solutions, with at least years in a leadership role.
