Responsibilities
Obtain supplier certifications tostay up to date with the most recent changes in theindustry
Demonstrate knowledge andrecommendation ability in popular vacation destinations around theglobe
Provide outstanding customer serviceand attention todetail
Utilize time management skills inorder to research plan and book vacation packages forclients
Offer exceptional remote customerservice throughout the booking process addressing inquiriesconcerns and providing support to enhance the villa vacationexperience.
