Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cell culture techniques, supporting mammalian cell culture manufacturing processes, operating various process equipment, and documenting daily manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment.

Your tasks will include producing products by setting up, cleaning, performing cell culture, following aseptic procedures, and maintaining the cleanliness of the clean room environment.

You will also participate in aseptic processing, assist in deviation and CAPA investigations, revise documents, and perform routine transactions with the ERP system.

This position requires strict adherence to SOPs and complete GMP documentation.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in WINSTON SALEM, North Carolina.

Work Environment

The role is based in both a lab and office setting, within a level 10k and 100k cleanroom. Responsibilities include sterile gowning and maintaining certification for sterile gowning.

Two shift schedules are available : Sun-Wed (Sun, Mon, Tues 7AM to 7PM, then Wednesday 8AM to 5PM) and Wed-Sat (Wednesday 8AM to 5PM, then Thurs, Fri, Sat 7AM to 7PM).
