Position Overview : The Superintendent will be responsible for all aspects of the construction process from planning to execution.
They will be responsible for supervising the entire construction process, ensuring that jobs are completed on time and within budget.
They will also be in charge of coordinating with subcontractors, managing scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Regularly check on project progress and report to upper management.
- Work with the Project Manager to troubleshoot any issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent.
- Experience with commercial construction.
- Knowledge of scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
