Full Job Description : Transportation Communication Specialist
Salary / Compensation : Hourly 10 H-10

Position Summary : Performs a wide variety of critical and essential communications and
customer service duties, to include receiving emergency and non-emergency transportation
calls for assistance, addressing immediate transportation challenges such as bus breakdowns,
service issues, trip issues, driver issues, and parent / community concerns either by phone or
radio.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education :
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience :
- One (1) year experience driving a bus
- Two (2) years call center customer service experience
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc. :
Must possess or be willing to obtain a commercial driver's license, (CDL) class B with
passenger and air brake endorsements and a state of Oklahoma School Bus Driver Certificate
Current drivers to be considered must not have had a preventable school bus accident,
disciplinary action within the last 12 months, or unscheduled / unapproved absences
within the last 12 months (a positive attendance record)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Other :
- Proficient in Spanish a plus
