Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English / Spanish) Logistics Coordinator in Chicago, IL 60632 .

This is a contract to hire opportunity, meaning you will get hired directly after 3-4 months, depending on your performance and attendance.

Shifts and pay :

1st Shift : 8 : 15am-5pm Monday Friday, overtime will be offered

$22.00 / hr.

Job Summary :

Schedule inbound appointments with customers via email or phone call

Work with the logistic agent to place the booking, track through the booking status, confirm the shipping documents

Issue the PO in the ERP system upon request

Upload the inbound photo as the daily base

Key-in daily of the production line weight and submit bi-weekly base

Key-in daily and weekly report to related departments

Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.

Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment

Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages

Performs other related duties as assigned

Experience / Education needed :

Speak, read, and write English and Spanish

Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities

Team player and detail-oriented

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
