Role Description
This is a contract role for an Administrative Assistant with Michael Leslie Investments LLC located in Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid role, where some work from home is acceptable.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing phone calls and emails, coordinating schedules and meetings, and performing general clerical duties.
This is a two-part job where you will be also working on the investments side as well. This includes doing tasks relating to finance, learing and working with mutual funds and the stock market.
This is a full-time position with the possibility of extension. Also chance for increased pay
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
It is 2 days in person 3 days from home for the time being.
It is 15 dollars per hour working.
