RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting our guest in a professional manner, this includes fellow employees as well.
- Answer incoming phone calls within 3 rings with a professional and welcome greeting.
This includes retail, wholesale and internal calls.
Using our electronic parts catalog to look up part numbers to fill orders and create special orders for items not in stock.
This includes retail, wholesale, internal and back parts Tech counter.
Pull parts from inventory to fill orders.
Tag properly if pre-pulling.
- Cashing out retail guest and balancing cash draw daily.
- Follow up on your orders that have backorder status.
- Notify our guest, advisors and techs on parts arrival.
- Invoicing and putting wholesale run together for daily delivery driver.
- Understand and control of parts inventory.
- Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies.
- Clean your work station daily and keeping things neat and organized.
- Willing to work as a Team Player.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
REQUIREMENTS :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Past experience not required
- Completion of vocational program preferred, but not required
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Clean and valid driver’s license
