Executive Chef Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement seasonal menus that ensure quality and consistency across all locations.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and food cost optimization.
- Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Conduct audits to ensure food safety and enforce company standards in all kitchens.
Executive Chef Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, multi-unit restaurant or hotel setting.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing kitchen teams.
- Expertise in inventory control, food cost management, and kitchen operations.
- Skilled in crafting seasonal menus with fresh ingredients, while maintaining consistency and accommodating dietary needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with both kitchen teams and corporate leadership.
