Special Inspector

Starting at $26 / hourly *Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, skillset, and certifications.

Job Responsibilities :

• Travel to various job sites
• Perform observations, field testing, and inspections
• Document field activity and report the findings to clients and supervisors
• Communicate with various field personnel and coworkers
• Communicate with managers, show commitment as a team player, and organize work and manage time effectively

Required Qualifications :

• ICC Reinforced Concrete and ACI Field Testing
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read and write, and ability to use a computer

Preferred Qualifications :

• At least one certification, such as; ICC Structural Masonry, ICC Structural Steel, and Bolting, ICC Prestressed Concrete, ICC Certified Commercial Building Inspector, DSA Masonry Special Inspector, DSA Shotcrete Special Inspector
• Previous experience performing special inspections on at least one type of construction material (such as soils, masonry, concrete, structural steel)
