Essential Responsibilities :
- Provide top-quality customer service at all times.
- Greet customers promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers in locating items.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service.
- Offer accurate product information.
- Operate the cash register accurately.
- Restock products as needed.
- Perform merchandising tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Education and Experience :
- Required : High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 months of customer service or related experience.
- Preferred : Knowledge of North Face, Oakley, Patagonia, and ski / snowboard brands; POS system experience.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to walk or stand for the entire shift.
- Occasionally carry, lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment).
