Company Description
We are an extremely busy Restaurant / Sports Bar with very high food sales. We are a fun neighborhood, family friendly place.
We have breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We get families from the nearby sports complex nearby during the day, and younger at night.
Our demographic is anywhere from 20s to 70s. We have a very healthy regular crowd.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at Stormin Norman's Shipfaced Saloon in Spokane, WA. The Kitchen Manager will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, ordering supplies, and maintaining quality control.
This position will work to keep the kitchen clean and organized and work with staff to keep specials fresh and operations running smoothly.
It includes scheduling, ordering and working with the GM to make the back of the house and front of the house a well-oiled machine.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Scheduling experience
- Food costing experience
- Food ordering experience
