As a Cybersecurity Lead, you will define and manage the security architecture for a diverse Cyber Operational Environment at the forefront of te chn ological innovation, working with the latest advancements in cybersecurity and sof tware development.

You Have :

• 10+ years of experience with Risk Management Framework ( RMF ) , and in cybersecurity with government programs
• Experience interfacing successfully with internal and external customers, including ISSMs, SCAs, or Program Managers
• Experience assessing security artifacts and POAM items, determining mitigation plans, and creating follow-on documentation for submission to the AO or ISSM
• Experience performing vulnerability management, interpreting CIS Benchmarks, STIG application, and POAM resolution
• Experience developing and managing ATO packages, authorization actions concerning sof tware development and testing, and the interpretation of patterns of non-compliance to determine their impact on levels of risk or overall effectiveness of the cybersecurity program
• Knowledge of Committee on National Security Systems Instruction ( CNSSI ) No. 1253, Security Categorization and Control Selection for National Security Systems, NIST framework principles, and how these requirements translate to cybersecurity solutions, processes, configuration implementation, or application requirements
• Knowledge of security te chn ologies and devices such as network firewalls, web proxies, int rus ion prevention systems and int rus ion detection systems, vulnerability scanners, or penetration tools
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• DoD Manual 8570 IAT II or III Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CAP, Security+, or CeH Certifications

Nice If You Have :

• Experience providing network, system administration, or computer operations support
• Experience maintaining records and artifacts within eMASS or similar cyber risk management systems such as Xacta or Open RMF
• Knowledge of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography algorithms or te chn ologies, keying materials, PKI certificates, and security life cycle management
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and virtualization security architecture
• Master’s degree
• ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional ( CISSP ) Certification

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;

TS / SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
