AMG is owned and operated by IAC (NASDAQ : IAC).The OpportunityAsk Media Group’s Search Engine Marketing team is looking for a hands-on leader to support and motivate our search marketers to reach new levels of success.

What You’ll Do Drive performance (i.e., profits) of a team of media buyers who acquire traffic for our numerous vertical-centric search websites.

Leverage a hands-on player-coach approach in reviewing daily reports, identifying potential challenges or areas of opportunity, and providing actionable insights and tactics to help individual contributors increase profits on a daily basis.

Manage monthly P&L with the goal of increasing monthly ad spend and ROAS. Develop a roadmap for scaling spend and volume, incorporating competitive analysis and market size opportunity.

Operate with a sales / performance centric mindset as a large portion of your compensation will be based on your team’s performance.

Make data-driven decisions to prioritize strategy and identify growth opportunities for the business. What You Bring to Us 10+ years launching and / or growing online sales strategies.

Extensive experience working in roles where financial performance is paramount and rewarded.Proven success building and managing teams of 10 or more.

Expertise leveraging automated bidding strategies across search networks.Current search marketing certifications (i.e. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).

Salary & BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 USD annually plus bonuses. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position.

Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.

The range listed is just one component of Ask Media Group’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual bonuses, and short and long-term incentives.
