Position Summary :
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in executing various campaigns and initiatives. This role involves assisting with market research, content creation, social media management, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn about the marketing field.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Coordination : Assist in organizing and promoting company events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing files and documents.
- Collaboration : Work closely with team members on projects, providing input and assisting in the execution of marketing initiatives.
- Reporting : Help prepare reports and presentations to track marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
