Job Title : Identity and Access Management Specialist
Location : 100% Remote (Open to all U.S. states except CA; preference for CO)

Position Overview :
Our client is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to support their IDM team in managing user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.
This role involves high-volume ticket handling and ensuring secure and efficient access management. Ideal candidates should be well-versed in Active Directory, have a solid understanding of roles and entitlements, and be comfortable working in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Process 80-100 access management tickets daily, maintaining high accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
Assist with user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning within Active Directory.
Manage file share permissions, Exchange mailbox permissions, and support related IAM tasks.
Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerShell / Bash for data preparation and processing (basic scripting knowledge is a plus).
Ensure compliance with IAM protocols and guidelines, contributing to the reduction of an existing ticket backlog.
Qualifications :
Experience : 2-5 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
Technical Skills : Knowledge of Active Directory, roles, entitlements, and file share structures. Experience with IdentityNow, ServiceNow, PowerShell / Bash (basic), and Excel is preferred.
Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, diligent with repetitive tasks, excellent written communication, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desired Background : Financial industry experience, basic Unix or AS400 knowledge, and familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira are advantageous.

Work Schedule : Team collaborates from 9 am - 3 pm MST but can work from any U.S. location except CA.
