You Are : Salesforce Architect who is a passionate, hands-on expert with the Salesforce Platform. You enjoy working closely with executives, program and product managers, and analysts to design and architect Salesforce solution implementations, including the appropriate Salesforce product and integrations.
You will play various roles from prototyping to proposal technical support to implementation. You have hands-on experience of all aspects of Salesforce.
com (SFDC) including design, configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations.
The Work :
- Overarching understanding of Salesforce Enterprise product suite and Salesforce best practices
- Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution
- Hands-on architecting and designing solutions through domain models (application, integration, data, etc.) and use cases that describe larger system behavior and impact of solution
- Evaluate design alternatives and presenting functional recommendation through effective presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (developers, Senior Executives and IT management)
- Collaborates with Salesforce Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc.)
- Programmatic design of the Salesforce solution. Salesforce Security Architecture. Integration Architecture and data migration strategy
- End to End Technical Solution development, including feasibility analysis, integrations with legacy and 3rd party systems
- Escalation Point for Salesforce technical issues
Here's What You Need :
- Bachelors Degree
- Technical experience across project(s) assignments
- Experience with design and implementation
Bonus Points If :
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Certified Salesforce System Architect and / or Certified Salesforce Application Architect
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Provide superior group / team facilitation skills
- Ability to enter client environment and provide recommendations after assessing the requirements and the current state
- Demonstrated experience managing the expectations of high profile clients and building a reputation of trust
- Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, project management, and mentoring skill
