Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer with a PE license to join our team in either the West Palm or Okeechobee office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of managing projects from inception through completion.

This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of civil engineering projects, including site development, roadway design, drainage, and utility design.
• Collaborate closely with surveyors, administrators, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and prepare detailed engineering plans.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Participate in client meetings, project status updates, and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development, roadway, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, or similar.
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
