The Big Task

Being a point of contact for incoming shipments as well as supplying parts to technicians. If you're a multi-tasking extraordinaire with an eye for details - we're looking for you!

Key Sub Tasks

• Checking in and verifying accuracy of incoming parts
• Coordinating part pick-ups with suppliers and technicians
• Picking up parts and equipment in a company shop truck
• Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
• Registering HVAC equipment
• Submitting warranty claims
• Various data entry duties

Preferred Qualities

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, personal integrity and the ability to work with a wide-range of individuals
• Quick and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Service Titan experience helpful.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to perform all tasks in a timely and effective manner
