Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Infinite, Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed to improve performance
  • Implement technology and tools to improve productivity and streamline sales processes
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective operation of the channel sales program
  • Provide monthly executive summary on project status, outstanding action items, and completion timelines, including key asks for Boost Leadership
  • Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Coordinate with the cross-functional team to clearly define the desired product / project requirements, ensuring scope alignment and technical understanding of the business’ goals
  • Effectively and consistently communicate to stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a clear and concise manner

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales program management, with at least 3 years of executive leadership building

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and due dates, including providing frequent executive readouts on the status of outstanding projects / initiatives
  • Three years of experience overseeing event planning / execution, drafting internal / external communications, and project management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict
  • Self-motivated with strong, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes

Salary Ranges Compensation : $83,203.00 / Year - $118,881.00 / Year Benefits

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies;

compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
