About the Role
Location : Remote - Michigan residents
Do you have auto dealership experience and a background in warranty administration or insurance claims? Are you interested in working from home?

As a remote Warranty Support Specialist at Morley, you'll use your customer service expertise to help automotive dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Counsel service managers
- Identify improvements by analyzing expense and frequency trends
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Required Skills
- Self-motivated, passionate professional who is enthusiastic, energetic and teamwork-oriented
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills (minimum of 35 words per minute) (check your skills with a free )

Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warranty administration and / or insurance claims
- Automotive dealership experience (service department and / or warranty administration preferred)
- Ability to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation : Monday through Friday, 8 to 6 Eastern time (no weekends or late shifts!)
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
