AMD together we advance THE ROLE : The ISV Program Manager is a key role within the AMD Server Business Unit’s Strategic Market Development (SMD) team, whose mandate is to enable global business growth for AMD EPYC processors.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the ISV Program Manager will collaborate with business segment leaders and ISV partners to drive successful GTM programs across top verticals and horizontals.

Responsibilities include establishing establish quarterly goals and developing execution plans; defining an ISV partner onboarding process;

working with internal and external stakeholders to drive joint ISV selling; and overseeing successful joint lead generation campaigns & events.

THE PERSON : To be successful in this role, the candidate should be experienced working with technology partners to achieve mutual business success and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a talent for building strong long-term relationships with software partners. They will have a proven ability to set measurable business goals and will be adept at defining strategic and tactics to achieve those goals.

This individual will exhibit strong business acumen with an emphasis on strategic communication and relationship-building to enable desired results.

They will be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders in other AMD server business units to ensure coordinated planning and communication.

They will possess a flexible, can-do attitude and a reliable ability to get things done. KEY RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE : Work with vertical segment leads to define business objectives and GTM plans for ISV partners in industries such as Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail and M&E.

Collaborate with horizontal segment leads to drive adoption of use cases such as virtualization and data analytics in these industries.

Establish and document ISV partner onboarding process with buy-in from external stakeholders. Develop templates for joint ISV GTM planning & success measurement.

Maintain recurring touchpoint meetings with select ISVs, ensuring coordination across multiple AMD business units invested in these ISVs (e.

g. cloud, GPU, client). Oversee participation at key ISV events including budget, paperwork and attendee prep. May also attend events to ensure an outstanding AMD presence.

Ensure lead follow-up. Ensure ISVs are prepared for key CPU launches, in collaboration with AMD Launch Team, Engineering and PR.

Help facilitate engineering-related deliverables including ISV hardware shipping requests and fulfillment verification. Help facilitate ISV business interactions including invoicing and NDA material.

Maintain master index of public ISV performance claims. PREFERRED QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE : Proven ability to support business leaders in a high-growth environment Effective in working with both technical and business staff to plan and implement projects, including customer-facing activities.

Capable of managing multiple projects with changing requirements Experience measuring and reporting on goals achievement Experience working with AMD key vertical and / or horizontal ISV partners strongly preferred ACADEMIC CREDITIALS : Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred LOCATION : Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA #LI-DR2 At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package.

Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.
