POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an Accounting Manager / Analyst to join our innovative team! As an Accounting Manager / Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level support for the company's accounting and financial activities.

This full-time position is based in Onalaska, WI, working Monday through Friday.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Identify the business analytics that drive business performance and develop financial analyses to guide decisions in the specified area(s).
• Use Business Intelligence tool sets (Power BI, etc.) to increase reporting efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on consistency in the dataset to drive expansion of reporting capabilities.
• Compile recurring analytical metrics to monitor financial trends, operating performance, and product efficiencies.
• Assist with preparation of work papers and entries for month-end close and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Support the integration of various databases and systems through process enhancements and training.
• Work on special projects and prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.

Position Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree with five (5) or more years of accounting or finance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SQL, and other finance automation tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to collaborate and work with all areas of the Company
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel
